Edo Job Centre, Ovia

The Edo Job Centre, or Edojobs, is located on the campus of the Edo State Polytechnic in Usen. It is an initiative launched by the Edo State government in Nigeria, led by Governor Godwin Obaseki, with the goal of addressing the state's high unemployment rate. In collaboration with both private and public organizations in Edo State, the initiative aims to provide skills acquisition and empowerment programs to the region's youth. The initiative began in 2016 as part of Governor Obaseki's campaign promise to create 200,000 new job opportunities for the region's youth. The initiative's headquarters are in Egor, Benin City.
